Wing Chun Kung Fu

Wing Chun Kung Fu is an ancient martial art that was developed, in part, in the Shaolin Temple in China.  Today, it is practiced as a supremely effective means of self protection, and as a method for allowing us to know ourselves better, in body and in mind.

The System

Our Wing Chun program preserves the art’s direct and efficient methods while integrating seamlessly with our Nei Gong system. This combination gives students the best of both worlds: Wing Chun’s sharp, practical techniques alongside the internal alignment, structure, and connected power that make those techniques uniquely effective.

Training begins with the core principles of Wing Chun—economy of motion, centerline theory, sensitivity, and efficiency through skeletal alignment. By pairing these with Nei Gong’s internal mechanics, students learn how to embody these principles with greater stability, adaptability, and efficient force generation.

Unlike systems that rely heavily on physical strength, speed, or athleticism, our approach emphasizes positioning, timing, body organization, and mechanical efficiency. This makes the system particularly well suited for smaller practitioners, older students, people recovering from injuries, or anyone looking for a practical martial art that can continue to evolve with them over time.

It is a martial art that feels alive and functional from the very beginning. Every form, drill, and application is supported by the internal framework of Nei Gong, allowing practitioners to move more efficiently, develop usable skill progressively, and train in a way that supports long-term health and physical longevity.

Whether your goal is practical self-defense, deeper martial skill, or developing a stronger and more connected body, our Wing Chun program provides a complete and highly integrated martial path.
