Wing Chun Kung Fu is an ancient martial art that was developed, in part, in the Shaolin Temple in China. Today, it is practiced as a supremely effective means of self protection, and as a method for allowing us to know ourselves better, in body and in mind.
The System
Our Wing Chun program preserves the art’s direct, efficient methods while integrating seamlessly with our Nei Gong system. This combination gives students the best of both worlds: Wing Chun’s sharp, practical techniques alongside the internal alignment and power that make those techniques uniquely effective.
Training begins with the core principles of Wing Chun—economy of motion, centerline theory , and efficiency through skeletal alignment. By pairing these with Nei Gong’s internal mechanics, students learn how to embody them with power, stability, and adaptability.
